Are the materials REACH compliant?
REACH Regulations are contained in COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 987/2008 of 8 October 2008, amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH). Under Annex V, our ingredients are obtained from natural sources and not chemically modified in accordance with article 3 definitions point 40 of (EC) 1907/2006 and is therefore exempt or they qualify for exemption under the minimum quantity rule.
