Are the Mass Air Flow sensors interchangeable between the AiRSensors analog and digital systems?

No. Although AiRSensors produced 3″, 4″, and 5″ MAF sensors that look similar externally, they will not interchange between analog and digital applications. The internal hotwire bridge circuitry is similar, but the outputs are different.
