Are the marlboro smooths banned?
^actually you won’t be able to get flavored cigars, flavored dip, flavored pipe tobacco, hooka tobacco, snus… any kind of flavoring on any tobacco product thats made to taste like fruit, candy, or a flavor of alcohol is banned. the only thing that’s safe, for now, is menthol, which is ridiculous for adults like me who enjoy things like going to the hooka bar every once in a while. as far as marlboro smooths, since they’re menthol they should be alright for now but i wouldn’t be surprised if they had to change the name. part of the bill said within a year, cigarette manufacturers can no longer use the terms light, mild, and no tar on cigarettes.
