Are the Market, its parking and shuttles handicapped accessible?
Yes. There are some handicapped designated parking places near the Lamy Building where the buses will both pick up and returnto the PERA lot as well as near the rail road tracks across form teh bus platform at teh new South Capitol Rail Runner Station lot. In addition, all buses are handicapped accessible and are equipped with wheelchair lifts. At the Market site every effort had been made to make your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. All three areas of the Market site as well as the museums are handicapped accessible. An elevator is provided between the lower and upper levels of the Market. The food area is accessible as well, though there is a small incline that you must travel up and down to get to the dining area.
