The premium nonresident parking lots (Lorton, Phillips and Harwell). All residential parking lots are restricted to vehicles with permits for those lots at all times. Parking in all other nonresident lots is restricted to vehicles with permits for these lots from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and is available for open parking between 4 p.m. and 7 a.m. on weekdays, and 24 hours a day on weekends, beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Fridays and ending at 7 a.m. Monday mornings.
