Yes the shopping malls will all be open on Memorial Day and many of the bigger retail stores will have specials like most holidays as retail sales are down bec consumers have been cutting backs to pay for more expensive gasoline and food prices… In fact we went to the movies on Saturday and it was extremely as many families elected not to go out of town thanks to gasoline approaching $4 per gallon Hope the Above Info Helps!
