Are the lions the worst football team in NFL history?
You can not label a team that had Barry Sanders among the worst in the NFL history, especially because Sanders usually put them in the playoffs during the 90s. They also won several old-NFL championships. The worst ever are the Cardinals, the Falcons and Bucs (despite a Super Bowl, 20 losing seasons out of 32 put any team among the worst). The Texans have not been around long enough to label them among the worst.
