Yes, Green Bay Packaging Inc., guarantees that each shipment or delivery of its product(s): Complies with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and all applicable food additive regulations for the intended use, and Does not include products which may not, under Sections 404, 505 and /or 512 of the FFDCA, be introduced into interstate commerce. The aforementioned guaranty specifically meets the requirements of 21 CFR 176.170. It is limited to the use of these products under conditions D through G of 21 CFR 176.170, Tables 1 and 2, for the storage of dry aqueous and fatty foods.
