Are the Library Square Conference Centre rooms availabile any time of the day?
The Alice MacKay, Peter Kaye and Alma VanDusen rooms, as well as the Moat can be booked any time in the 24 hour clock. Some events require City of Vancouver licensing and may incur extra costs for services.The Morris J. Wosk Boardroom and the Board Breakout Room may be booked during times when the library is closed. Special arrangements for access are made with Library Square Conference staff the time of bookingGallery Rooms are only available during Library open hours.The Promenade can be booked for a private event (gala, banquet, reception) two hours after library closing.
