Susanne, The Condo market is really suffering right now in Orlando and very few condos are holding their value anywhere in Central Florida at the moment. If you are looking at an investment, I would say single family homes are a much better way to go. They appreciate much better historically over long haul and are more stable. If you are looking to purchase real estate in Orlando, it is a great time to do so especially if you will be buying your own residence.
