Are the Labour Party guilty of Gerrymandering and should they face prosecution?

Yes. This is not the only gerrymander. At least two others spring to mind: 1…They have successfully delayed a boundary review with the result that at the next election the Tories will be fighting uphill; many fewer votes will be required to elect a Labour than a Conservative member. 2…They pushed through the postal voting scam. This is wide open to fraud, and fraud there is – mainly by Labour activists (though all parties are now joining in to some extent). Do you remember the Birmingham ‘vote factory’ and the posties stopped and terrorised into handing over envelopes with voting papers? They should be investigated and prosecuted. A limited company which so blatantly fiddled the rules would have the tax authorities and the police very much on its tail. What’s different about a political party? NOTE TO CHUCKLER I am an older person, and yes, I do know what damage has been done. I am not, however, paralysed by despondency, and will certainly take a corrective step in the polling stat
