Are the Jack Bucks pages secure?
The Jack Bucks systems are secure. The server uses an 128bit SSL encryption. SSL is an abbreviation for Secured Socket Layer. SSL technology secretly encodes (or encrypts) information as it is being sent over the Internet between your computer and Jack Bucks systems. This encryption technology helps ensure that your account information travels securely over the internet and remains confidential. In addition, we no longer use social security numbers as criteria to login, instead Campus Identification numbers that are specific to SFA are used.
