Are the Introductory Special and the MSDN offers free?
The Introductory Special and the MSDN offers provide an amount of service at no charge. However, for all usage that exceeds this no charge allocation, customers will be charged at standard rates. To avoid charges customers should closely monitor their usage. We also notify customers when they’ve reached 75/100/125% of the compute hours included in their service to help monitor charges. Currently, there are 25 compute hours included in this offer. Developers should delete their deployed applications from both staging environments after their testing to avoid incurring unintended charges.
