Are the homes on Jacaranda Ridge part of Kulamanu Community Association?
As of March 2007, the 13 lots on Jacaranda Ridge are not part of the Kulamanu Community Association and do not pay dues to the Association. The developer has expressed the intent to annex these lots into the Association upon completion of all the homes in that development. The Association was told that the lots are all subject to CC&Rs that are compatible with the KCA CC&Rs.
