No, the Home Barrier Poles are designed to be spaced at average intervals of 10′-12′ in distance in order to provide functional support for the netting panels that are clipped to them. They are constructed from a sectional/locking-pin design that is a great design for basic barrier netting installation (see here) – however are not designed with the rigidity needed for a tensioned cabling technique that is very common for permanent pole and barrier net applications (viewed here). Simply put, the Home Barrier Poles are a really great and dependable product for general netting installation, but are just a different approach to things as opposed to a permanent netting installation.
