No you cannot use the playstation 2 harry potter games on the PC, but there are pc games for Harry Potter which are quite good, The first three harry potter computer games are completely different to the playstation version, but the fourth and fifth harry potter games on the PC are exactly the same as the playstation version. The first three Harry Potter games are called Harry Potter and the philosophers stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of secrets, Harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban.
