Are the halls open during holiday and break periods?
All residence halls remain open during Fall Break. Because the majority of students prefer to leave campus during break periods, the residence halls close during this period of time. The primary consideration for closing residence halls is based on safety of residents and hall staff. Although students do not have access to their room during this period, interim apartment-style housing where multiple students are assigned to each bedroom is provided for students who need to stay on campus during the breaks. Transfer students who may be assigned to an apartment in Odum Village may remain in their apartments over holiday and break periods. Contact us!
