Are the guest rooms in the Contemporary Tower building?
Some guest rooms are in the Tower building, the others are split between two garden wings. Where are the best room locations? Views of Cinderella Castle & the Magic Kingdom fireworks can only be seen in certain Tower rooms. Although the Tower rooms offer views of the Magic Kingdom, they also face the parking lot, so request a room on a higher floor where this won’t be as noticable or noisy. Rooms in the Tower building are closer to the amenities, transport, shops and dining, but cost more. Rooms in the Bay Lake end of the garden wings are farthest away from the main building. The North Garden Wing is closer to the Magic Kingdom. The North Garden Wing generally offers nicer views than the South Garden Wing. Rooms overlooking the canal in the South Garden Wing building can get noisy from the boats going backwards and forwards between Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon. Not many of the Garden Wing rooms have balconies, although the first floor rooms do have patios. Which rooms are smoking
