Are the Glee actors/actresses actually singing?
The actors and actresses on Glee perform their own songs, and some of them were already accomplished singers before they landed their role on Glee, however, as other responses have already mentioned, they first record their vocals in a studio, which are then polished as needed for use on television, and the actors lip sync to their own vocals when they perform the scenes.
