Are the gifts I make to athletic departments or the alumni association eligible for matching?

Although an initial gift may be made to an athletic department or an alumni association, the Foundation will only match the gift towards an academic department. Donors to these funds may specify how the Foundation’s matching gift is to be designated. If no preference is specified, the campus relations’ partner or area/business unit director of campus recruiting will determine the matching gift designation.
