Are the gauges in Metric or Standard Nautical?
The gauges in these aircraft are Metric for full immersion into the Luftwaffe pilot environment. A pop-up ‘conversion’ placcard is featured in each vehicle for translation of airspeed, altitude, and fuel quantity, and you can still go to ‘Nautical’ standard gauges in 2D panel mode by selecting W key (Hide panel, base gauges showing). We highly recommend trying to learn airspeeds and altitude in Metric measures as like the Luftwaffe pilots did to really get a ‘feel’ for the authenticity of the era.
