Are the FireWire drivers properly installed and activated?
– Click on the selection Hard Disk or Disk Drive to check if your FlyCASE has been recognised and the drivers are installed and activated. Your new hard disk should appear in the list. To make sure, all you need do is select Hard Disk/Disk Drive and disconnect your FlyCASE; your FlyCASE hard disk should disappear from the screen. Then reconnect it. Now it should reappear. To check on a Macintosh: – Use the extensions manager to check that the drivers are installed and activated. The FireWire driver tick box should be activated.
