Are the Federal Reserve Banks planning to sunset FedCash® Services via the FedPhone access solution?
At this time, we are no longer setting up FedCash Services via the FedPhone® access solution for new customers. If you are a current active Subscriber to FedCash Services via FedPhone, you may continue to use the service as it is used today, including the ability to request PINs for new or transitioning staff and new endpoints, as well as any necessary customer support for use of the access solution. Over time, however, all FedCash Services customers will be transitioned from the FedPhone to the FedLine Web® access solution.
