No, all FedPhone services other than FedCash Services via the FedPhone access solution will continue to be available. We will continue to process new Subscriber requests for other services available via the FedPhone access solution including, but not limited to FedACH Returns and Notifications of Change (NOCs) and the FedACH® Participant Directory.
