Are the families affected by the fire in Toul Kork considered as APs by the railway project?
A. Except for 13 HH who are affected by both the railway and the fire, other affected families are not considered as “affected persons or APs” in our Project. However, as per agreed RP and loan covenants, any relocation within the railway ROW, the policies and entitlements in the agreed RP should be followed.
