Are the existing overhead lines too close to the building and/or construction zone?
Operating equipment around overhead power lines is extremely dangerous and must be done with extreme caution. 1. Equipment or People – Maintain a clearance of at least three meters between people or construction equipment and the high voltage power lines at all times. 2. Permanent buildings, signs, trees or other structures – Maintain six meters horizontal from the pole line or five meters below conductors.
