Are the evaluations confidential? Who and when sees the evaluations responses?
The evaluations are completely confidential!!! The results are seen by the instructor only after all the grades are submitted and the evaluation is closed to the students (generally 4 weeks after the last day of the class). The statistical analyses of the evaluation responses are seen only by the Director of the applicable program and the Dean and only after all the evaluations for the semester are completed. The Dean and the Director of the applicable program have the ability to review the evaluations at any point of the semester.
