ARE THE EVALUATIONS ACCEPTED BY THE COURTS AND DRIVERS LICENSE DIVISIONS?
Evaluations completed by our Certified Substance Abuse Counselors have currently been accepted by the courts and motor vehicle divisions in most states. Should anyone question the validity of our evaluation, we will work with the court or driver’s license agency on your behalf. If they continue to challenge the evaluation, we will refund your fee.
