According to these projections for the next 10 years, CS related jobs are expected to grow by approximately 50% with 3 of the top 10 fastest growing professions being CS/IT fields. As for the question about our recent grads, to the best of my knowledge, all of our recent CS grads have either found employment or continued on to graduate school. Of course, the best advice for students in any discipline is the better your grades, the easier it is to find a great job!
