The College received its Charter in 1977 by the Board of Regents and operates two campuses in Forest Hills and Brooklyn , New York City, with over 1,000 full-time and part-time students. All certificates, diplomas, and degrees conferred by Bramson ORT College are done so under the power vested in its Board of Governors through the State of New York .
