Yes. Panels are factory pre-assembled. Each panel is connected to the next with panel brackets that fit around the tubing and tighten with one bolt and nut. There are two per panel. The gate panel latch attaches with bolts/nuts. Approximate assembly time for a full 10′ x 10′ kennel is 20-30 minutes. Assembly instructions are posted on our web site.
