Are the delivery dates guaranteed?
Click on the UPS Shipping Estimate icon on our Home Page to calculate the amount of time required to ship to your area. Order early enough for your gift to arrive in time for your special occasion. All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days after the order is placed. US Express Mail is guaranteed Overnight Delivery on weekdays and Saturdays (1 day extra for remote rural areas and certain zip codes). Our gifts are large and require special padding and cushioning so they arrive fresh and in excellent condition. Therefore, each gift is shipped individually and shipping charges apply to each gift ordered. Shipping and Handling Rates are calculated via UPS Ground Shipping Rate Tables for each gift and $39.95 for USPS Express Mail Guaranteed Overnight Delivery and are shown at Checkout. They give an approximate delivery date. 2nd AND 3RD day air shipments are guaranteed to arrive within 2 to 3 business days of the ship date.
