Are the Daily Mail readers all part of the BNP?
No, but what has happened over the past few years, or so I’m starting to believe, is that people have been kept in check regarding their prejudices etc, but now it’s starting to boil over, and the inherent racism of certain people is showing. I’m afraid this accounts for the vast majority of the British population. Those white folk who have lived amongst Muslims, grown up with muslim friends etc, don’t really see it as an issue. But for the rest of the country, the combination of rising unemployment, and their already racial biases, are now leading to these feelings of despair. I think it’s a fact that when it comes to education, unfortunately, most people are lazy. Why would a white, working class, bricklayer who reads The Sun, or the Daily Mail, take time out to read something by Dr Tariq Ramadan, or Dr Zakir Naik? They don’t try to understand Islam, so they’re left with half-baked ideas and rumors, misquotes, and half-quotes, which fill their brain until all that’s left is a melting
