A. Yes they are. Simply put the CD ROM into the CD ROM drawer and provided your PC is set up for CD ROMs to auto run it will automatically start and a splash screen will appear on your screen displaying which CD ROM it is. This will then be followed by a screen displaying the menu buttons. To select a folder just click on it and this will open it up to display all the files in that particular folder.
