Are the costs of electricity supply (PLN) eligible?

0

The costs for electricity are normally covered under the budget heading 8 Administrative costs, which are eligible indirect costs representing a maximum 7% of the total direct eligible costs. The budget heading 8 covers the administrative overheads or running costs normally incurred by the applicant organisation, including electricity costs. Please note however that when the costs of consumables and supplies (including electricity costs) are not sufficiently covered by the provision of administrative costs, they can be covered under budget heading 4 local office/project costs. Important: only costs of consumables and supplies that are directly linked with project activities can be covered under this budget heading 4 local office/project costs. Costs of electricity that are assigned to two budget headings in the budget are not eligible.
