Are the controls on the blind movable from left to right?

In almost all cases, the controls to operate the up and down movement of a blind are on the right, whilst the tilt mechanism is located on the left. This is standard with all “off the shelf blinds”. Only when the blind is a custom order can you nominate which side to have the controls located.
