Are the concepts of homosexuality and marriage mutually exclusive?
America is in the middle of a culture war. This is a war for the hearts and minds of Americans, a war over the very meaning of the words freedom and liberty. This war is not new. Gay marriage is only the latest of a long line of liberal impositions, most of which have been forced down the throat of the American electorate without democratic debate and adoption. The U.S. Supreme Court, acting as unelected Caesars, have issued dictates demanding the legalization of abortion, pornography and “virtual” child porn, among others. The social price for these decisions have been grave. Although the recent decision overturning Texas’ anti-sodomy laws explicitly denied it, the Supreme Court will soon embark on another radical venture, this time into the uncharted waters of “gay marriage.” Despite the claims of the left, marriage is not a “private” institution.
