Yes. The concentrations of dioxins were within the EU limit for milk and milk products (3 nanograms WHO-TEQ/kg fat basis) in all milk-based formulae purchased in 2003. There is no limit applying to dioxins in soya-based foods, but the concentration of dioxins in the soya-based formulae also well below the limit for milk and are within the limit applicable to vegetable oils of 0.75ng WHO-TEQ/kg fat. There are currently no limits for PCBs in foods.
