Equipment are covered by a 1 year international warranty by the producers. When a repair is needed – within the first 12 months – the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to CoffeeIT. CoffeeIT will forward to the producer that will fix the product in warranty and will ship it back to the final customer, free of charge.
