Are the codes I selected shown on my superbill or insurance claim form?
Yes. Superbill shows not just the payment transaction, it includes patient’s information, doctor’s information, insurance code, ICD codes, CPT codes, price, subtotal, total and balance due, etc. It also provides place for doctor to sign. For insurance form (e.g., the FCFA 1500 form), IAA Pro automatically fills in the fields at the right positions with the diagnosis codes and procedural codes you selected.
