Yes. A clamp meter of the mean value type detects the mean value of the sine waves in AC measurement, multiplies value 1.11 times (sine wave AC) and indicates the waveform of a distorted wave and the non-sine wave with different form factors in values multiplied 1.11 times, so indication error occur as a result.
