When you order, you will have the choice of purchasing only the wrappers, or the wrappers and candy. If you order candy, the favors will arrive already wrapped, and ready to be used. If you order wrappers only, your wrapper will arrive pre-cut and ready to wrap. You will see the options for both, on the ordering page. Sorry, we don’t offer tea bags or pre-filled goody bags at this time. We cannot ship candy out of the USA.
