Are the casinos in Las Vegas tribe owned or state allowed?

The casinos in Las Vegas, in fact most of Nevada, are owned by corporations. There is one tribe casino in Laughlin. The State licenses and monitors them, but does not own them. BTW most of those tribe casinos in other states are run by the corporations in Nevada like Stations.
