Are the Bridgewater and Geeveston CFCs different from the other 10 CFCs?

0

The Bridgewater and Geeveston CFCs are funded through the Australian Government. A key priority of the Commonwealth in funding these centres is to help close the gap between the health and education outcomes of Indigenous and non-Indigenous children. The centres will provide support for all families in their local area. They will be established following the same processes as the other CFCs. There are consultations with the communities so that all the possibilities of site, services to be provided, design, etc can be fully discussed. These consultations started in July 2009 in Bridgewater and will be starting in February 2010 in Geeveston.
