A. Each Participant, Coach or Spectator is required to purchase or provide their own beach access at the various sites. Every beach has different rules, fees and requirements regarding beach access for the public which makes it impossible for us to consider providing the beach badges for the participants. Certain participants may already have season’s passes to a particular beach and other participants may not be required to have beach passes due to their age or other considerations. For example, in Long Branch, NJ anyone under 18 does not have to purchase a beach pass. It is also very likely that we will be conducting an event during a period of time when a particular beach does not charge for beach access. At other beaches an access fee is never charged, no matter what part of the season it is. We have found that it is best for all involved to use the individual beach’s beach badge sales apparatus as they have been handling this situation for many years. Q.
