A. When both batteries are attached and have at least a minimal charge remaining, both batteries are completely hot-swappable. When using just the Standard Battery, or when just the Extended Battery is attached, either stand-alone battery is warm-swappable, meaning that either battery can be swapped quickly after going into Standby or Hibernation power management mode.
