Are the batteries guaranteed?
We change so many batteries that our entire supply is replenished on a regular basis. This means that we use only the freshest batteries with very little exhausted shelf life. You will only be billed for watches that are functioning at the time they are shipped out. You are not charged for service or the battery for watches that do not work after being serviced. A typical watch battery should last about one year. If the watch stops working before that time, it is likely a sign that there is a problem with the circuitry of the watch rather than the battery. We will offer a credit for a free battery replacement in the future for those that stop within 30 days of our service. All such credits must be authorized by our customer service department within 30 days of the original service.
