Are the apartments furnished?
Yes. All apartments are fully furnished, including bed linen, towels and kitchen utensils. Basic toiletries will be available on your arrival, but you are responsible for their maintenance for the remainder of your stay. We do not provide shampoo, toothpaste, washing powder or other cleaning solutions.
We can provide as much or as little furnishings as required, but we need to know your furniture needs as soon as possible before occupancy. We can provide extended twin beds, full-size beds (private, married, or single parent only), upright dressers, under-dressers, end tables, coffee tables, couch, loveseat, chair, and kitchen table & chairs. The apartments also have large bedroom closets, carpet, vinyl kitchen floors, an electric stove, 14 cubic feet refrigerator, garbage disposal, one telephone jack (but no telephone), and internet connectivity to the campus.
