Are the 401(k) fund performance criteria/goals available for review?

0

The performance goals are established by the Advisory Committee and their consultants. These performance criteria compares the funds performance with several well known benchmarks including the S&P 500 Index, the Russell 1000 Index, the Lehman Brothers Aggregate Bond Index, Russell 2500 Index, Salomon Smith Barney BMI World Index EX US. In addition, the Committee compares the funds performance with the performance of funds all funds in a similar category. The goal is for the funds to perform in the top one third of all similar funds over the long term. Short term variances from the benchmarks and the goals are viewed with less weight than long term performance. Copyright 2005. ABX Air, Inc. All Rights Reserved.
