There has NEVER been a 4 Meter doll created. BLC works closely and directly with the Gummiwerk manufacturer and has asked about this specific balloon. The larger 3 Meter Doll balloon is a “diverse” doll. Simply put . . . it is a different shape, oversized, yet still labled as a 3 Meter Doll.
